Why did you start your business? Was it for more Why did you start your business?

Was it for more money?

More freedom?

To be your own boss?

For me, it was freedom.

I wanted to build a business that gave me the flexibility to support my family while being in control of my own time.

But somewhere along the way, something changes.

When you first start a business, you do everything.

Sales.
Marketing.
Accounts.
Admin.
Customer service.

That's just part of the journey. Then your business grows.

You get more clients, more opportunities and more moving parts.

Without even realising it, you become the bottleneck.

Every decision comes through you.

Nothing moves unless you move it.

The marketing doesn't get posted unless you do it.

The invoices don't get sent unless you send them.

Your team or suppliers are waiting for answers.

So there you are at 11pm with your laptop on your knee, catching up on all the jobs you never got to during the day.

Sound familiar?

I've realised that the founders who build businesses that continue to grow all recognise one thing...

At some point, they've become the bottleneck.

And that's where everything starts to change.

Not because they work harder.

But because they stop trying to do everything themselves.

That's the point where I love getting involved.

Helping founders build the structure, systems and support that stop everything depending on one person.

Because growing your business should give you more freedom...

Not less.

👇 I'd love to know...

What's the one thing in your business that wouldn't happen if you didn't do it?
Nobody talks about how lonely running a business c Nobody talks about how lonely running a business can be.

Constant second-guessing yourself
No one to bounce ideas off
Carrying responsibility alone

The workload isn't always the hardest part.
The loneliness can be.

For you, what's the hardest part of running your business?
A client came onto a call feeling completely overw A client came onto a call feeling completely overwhelmed.

Now, I could have started with: "What do you need me to do?"

But honestly?

That was probably the last thing she needed.

Because then she had another decision to make.

Another thing to think about.

Instead, we talked through everything that was sitting there.

What was frustrating her.
What was taking up the most headspace.
What needed attention first.

Together, we put a simple plan in place.

We set a few deadlines.

We broke down a few tasks.

We figured out what actually mattered.

By the end of the call, there was still plenty to do.

Running a business is bloody hard.

But what had changed was this:
✔ Everything was no longer living in her head.
✔ There was a plan.
✔ There was clarity.
✔ And there was a way forward.

Remember...
❤ You don't need to have all your sh*t figured out.
❤ You just need to know what comes next.

Imagine how much lighter your week would feel with a clear plan.

Mental clutter is overwhelming. When everything l Mental clutter is overwhelming.

When everything lives in your head, it becomes very difficult to move anything forward.

So here's something simple that works really well.

Have one place where everything goes.
👉 A notebook.
👉 A planner.
👉 An online system.

I don't care what it is (I'm a pen and paper girl myself.)

Then when something doesn't get done...

Don't just move it to tomorrow.

Ask yourself why.

Was it:
• not important?
• unclear?
• too big?
• something you're avoiding?

Because that's where the real insight is.

The task isn't usually the problem.

The reason it's sitting there is.

The more clarity you have, the calmer you become.

And calm CEOs make better decisions (trust me!)

And there’s no shaming here.

Sometimes we keep doing things the same way simply because we've always done them that way.

Recognising that something isn't working is often the first step to fixing it.

So tell me...
Where do most things currently live in your business?
🤯 Your head?
🤯 Your inbox?
Or an actual system? ⭐

Most business owners don't have a huge problem. T Most business owners don't have a huge problem.

They have 50 small things sitting in their head.

So have a look at your to-do list right now.

How many things have been sitting there a little longer than you're comfortable admitting?

No, seriously. Be honest.

If I was a betting person (and I'm not because I'm absolutely terrible at it), I'd bet you have:

• emails waiting for replies
• follow-ups that haven't happened
• calendar invites still needing to be sent
• clients needing attention

Am I right or am I right?

The problem is none of these things are difficult.

Most of them would take less than 10 minutes.

But because they don't get done, they get pushed to tomorrow ⤵
Then next week ⤵
Then next month ⤵

And all the while they're taking up space in your head.

That's the exhausting part 🤯

Not the task itself...... The mental load of carrying it around.

So tell me... ❓
What's one thing currently taking up more headspace than it should?

When I work with clients… it’s not just about “do When I work with clients…

it’s not just about “doing tasks”.

It’s about taking what’s sitting in their head and turning it into something clear.

We look at what’s going on.
What’s been sitting there.
What actually needs to happen next.

And then we start moving through it.

Things get organised.
Things get done.
And clients stop feeling like everything depends on them.

That’s the difference.

Not more work.

Just better structure and real support.

If everything is currently sitting with you… this is exactly the kind of support I offer.

Most overwhelm isn’t about the workload. It’s abo Most overwhelm isn’t about the workload.

It’s about trying to carry everything mentally.

Once things are out of your head and into something clear,
they’re much easier to move.

Simple works.
