I’m the founder of Key Steps Support, and for the past seven years I’ve been working as a business support specialist with small and medium sized businesses across Ireland and beyond. I work behind the scenes so that the people running these businesses can focus on what they do best – and actually enjoy running their business again.
What I do
I work alongside business owners as their support partner - handling the moving parts, keeping things organised, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Every business I work with is a little different, and I genuinely like it that way. Some clients need support with day-to-day operations. Others need someone to take specific tasks completely off their plate. We work it out together in a conversation — and then we get going.
My purpose is simple - to keep my clients’ sanity intact in a world that’s crazy fast paced.
Why I do it
I understand how overwhelming running a business can be. The to-do list that never gets shorter. The feeling that everything depends on you. The loneliness of it – because yes, it can be really lonely, even when you’re surrounded by people.
That understanding is at the heart of everything I do. I don’t just complete tasks – I show up like a member of your team. I’m proactive, I’m reliable, and I genuinely care about the businesses I support.
The fact that my clients tend to stay with me for the long haul means everything to me. I think it speaks to the relationship we build – not just the work we do together.

I’ve been doing this for seven years. In that time I’ve worked with a wide range of small and medium sized businesses, and I’ve seen first-hand what happens when the right support is in place – things start moving, pressure starts lifting, and business owners get back to doing the work they love.
